One of the great strengths of Bill, Sandra and their team is helping remove the stress of building a home. Dale and Carrie Lock moved to The Meadows of Summit Ridge to be closer to the private school their children attend. “The foundation already was in, and we worked with Bill to finish the house,” Dale said. “He was good to work with and always responsive to our questions.”
“We just loved the location and had nothing but great experiences working with Bill,”
Awaiting the development of their upcoming and newest SUMMIT VIEW FARMS subdivision in Lee’s Summit, Sandra is currently active in remodeling, house additions, listing and selling homes. They continue to help people accomplish their dreams by teaming up with them to achieve winning results.
Dana Johnston's highly successful business career took him to large cities throughout the Midwest and Northeast. Regardless of where he lived and worked, however, he always thought of eastern Jackson County as home. Now Dana is teaming with Bill Kenney to help residents build the homes of their dreams at Summit View Farms in Lee's Summit.
Dana grew up in eastern Jackson County and earned a degree from the University of Missouri. His wife, Joyce, graduated from Ruskin High School. Dana quickly climbed the corporate ladder at Kansas City Southern Industries and was transferred to Chicago, New York City and Minneapolis. The Johnstons were thrilled to move back to Lee's Summit when Dana was able to retire young.
However, Dana was ready for another adventure in the business world. He believed the local real estate market was a sleeping giant that was about to awaken. Everything came together when Bill asked him to bring his financial expertise to the Summit View Farms development.
"A number of exciting things are happening in this area," he said. "These include the CenterPoint development, the Gateway project, the Interstate 49 upgrade and the widening of Missouri 150. The top-ranked Lee's Summit School District is a major selling point. Between academics and athletics, Lee's Summit West is the best high school in the area."
It was only fitting that Dana and Bill met at a high school football game. Dana looks at their partnership as a team in which Bill has a proven track record in real estate and he adds a strong financial background. "We have a great situation in this game," he said. "I'm the rookie, and Bill is the veteran."
