Bill Kenney and his wife, Sandra, currently reside in Lee’s Summit and entered the development business in 1999.  He later started building homes in his first subdivision as a developer in Monarch View in 2002.  Bill and his wife have four grown children and have lived in Lee’s Summit, MO since 1979.  Bill has developed and built in three different subdivisions:  Monarch View, Meadows at Summit Ridge and is currently the developer of Summit View Farms.
