Located on 3 PRIME LOTS and one of the largest HEATED subdivision pools in the KC Metro. The 2850 SF SALTWATER Pool features 265 Sq Ft Adult Reef, ADA Accessible Pool Lift, 556 Sq Ft Baby Pool with 3 splash features *a double dump bucket * rain shower and * jelly spray stick & * “Mother’s Wall”. The floor and sides have SunStone Pool Surface of durable quartz aggregate resulting in a pool finish that not only looks great but resists the effects of degradation and is much smoother on feet and skin.

The Pool has Men’s & Women’s restrooms with 2 changing rooms. Each side of the pool structure has 2 Shaded Pergolas. A 5-ft high steel fence surrounds the pool. It has 2 Outdoor showers and 2 Magnetic keys per household. There is an expanded playground with a 2-5 yr old play structure and a 5-12 yr old play structure.
